All items are shipped with USPS.
Once an order is completed, tracking information will be sent to your email address. Please contact the shipping company to arrange for different delivery times and days.
To avoid stolen and missing items, arrange to pick up shipment from your local posts. KAASA is not responsible for stolen and misplaced items.
Return & Exchange Policy
All makeup, skin and scents are FINAL SALE.
Clothing items are eligible for exchange if they meet our exchange guidelines.
-Items should be in condition received
-No body/perfume odors
-Tags in place
Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Once item is shipped back, the customer should contact the online store at: email@example.com with the tracking information and order number. Allow at least 2 weeks for exchanges.
The store will contact you directly to arrange for a return.
